We have released an exciting capability on GCP to help customers protect and recover applications running on GCP. Appranix uses cloud-native storage and snapshot capabilities to manage application availability at various levels.
- Application environments: With a few clicks apply your protection policies to protect your entire application environments. This level of protection is very useful for rolling back your entire environment before releasing newer features. You can also use it to reproduce problems easily along with application data.
- Platforms: Protect platforms and their configuration meta-data. Appranix app-centric service takes care of the pain of managing all the associated infrastructure details and makes it really simple for recovery.
- Regional protection and recovery: Make your applications continuously available if a region or zone failure occurs. Appranix takes care of the grunt work of managing the infrastructure for customers to bring back part of the application environment or single platform in another region of GCP
